In 2004, he was leaving the managing director post and asked if I'd be interested in the job. My responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations and managing the staff. I live in the middle of a field a half-mile from the winery and I couldn't be happier. A vineyard, by definition, grows each year. Music sales do not!"
