Chesney, Zellweger Split

Country music star and Oscar-winning actress Renee Zellweger are annulling their four-month-old marriage.

Zellweger listed "fraud" as the reason for the split in court papers filed on Wednesday, September 14th.

Chesney, 37, and Zellweger, 36, met at the Concert of Hope tsunami relief benefit in January, and wed in a small surprise ceremony in May, on the Caribbean island of St. John. It was the first marriage for both.

In 1999, Chesney was inspired to pen the hit tune "You Had Me From Hello" after watching Zellweger play opposite Tom Cruise in Jerry Maguire.

Chesney was named CMA Entertainer of the Year last November and won Album of the Year for When the Sun Goes Down. Prior to Chesney, Zellweger had dated White Stripes frontman Jack White.
