Kelly Osbourne admitted herself into a drug treatment facility in Pasadena, California, on June 2nd, after completing treatment for an addiction to prescription painkillers in April 2004.

A source close to the twenty-year-old pop singer told Us Weekly, "She's slipped into some of her old problems and is not doing so well. Everyone is supporting her."

The daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne has checked into Las Encinas -- the same facility her brother, Jack Osbourne, entered in 2003 for addiction to Oxycontin, alcohol and marijuana. Ozzy struggled with drugs and alcohol, until going sober in the early Nineties.

Kelly will release her sophomore album, the club-ready Sleeping in the Nothing on Tuesday. Sleeping is the singer's follow-up to her 2002 debut, Shut Up, and features the single "One Word," written by Linda Perry.

"It definitely was like therapy for me," she told Rolling Stone in April of the album, which was penned during her previous stint in rehab. "It was a time in my life where I was awakened to what a shitty person I was and how close I came to killing myself."
