DAVE MATTHEWS BAND has inspired another Ben and Jerry's ice cream flavor. Some proceeds from Dave Matthews Band Magic Brownies -- a mixture of vanilla ice cream, raspberries and brownies -- will go towards "licking global warming." The ice cream makers dedicated the flavor One Sweet Whirled to DMB in 2002 . . . The street in Hibbing, Minnesota, where BOB DYLAN grew up, originally Seventh Avenue, will now be called "Dylan Drive" . . . OUTKAST's BIG BOI has launched his own record label, Purple Ribbon, after the rap duo abandoned its label Aquemini.
