The tour marks the two firsts for heavy-metal giants Iron Maiden: This is the first time the band appears on the festival's bill and it's their first time on tour with fellow rock veterans Black Sabbath.
Joining Rob Zombie on the second stage include emerging bands As I Lay Dying, In Flames, Mastodon, the Black Dahlia Murder, Arch Enemy, the Haunted and Bury Your Dead.
Originally launched in 1996, Ozzfest has become the top-grossing festival of all time, as well as a breeding ground for new talent. Former performers include Korn, Incubus, Slipknot, Limp Bizkit and System of a Down.
