Rapper Khujo of Atlanta rap outfit Goodie Mob was seriously injured in a car accident on June 24th. The rapper's right leg had to be amputated below the knee as a result of his injuries. No further information about the incident was available at press time.
Goodie Mob have been taking a break while members pursue solo projects. Cee-Lo's solo album, Cee-Lo Green And His Perfect Imperfections, was released in April. Gipp is scheduled to release his debut effort on Arista Records later this year, while T-Mo is scheduled to release his own album on Koch Records in early 2003.
The Goodie Mob's last record was 1999's World Party. They also collaborated with fellow Atlanta rappers OutKast on 2001's Even in Darkness.
