Everclear frontman Art Alexakis has confirmed a string of small-venue solo dates, beginning March 21st in Detroit.
Along with relics from his pre-Everclear days and older Everclear songs, Alexakis will preview songs from the band's upcoming album -- the follow up to 2000's two-volume Songs From an American Movie -- due out later this year.
"I did a similar tour before the release [1997's] So Much for the Afterglow," Alexakis said, "and it proved to be very satisfying."
The outing will wrap April 9th in Portland, Oregon.
