And it's one, two, three strikes you're out. That's what Tampa police told Scott Ian Rosenfeld, Anthrax's guitarist last Friday when he was busted trying to steal an on-deck circle with the New York Yankees logo. |

At 4:30 early Friday morning, Rosenfeld and his friend, Angela Roberts, jumped the fence at Legends Field, where the Yankees hold their spring training, to snag the logo. The two were filmed by ballpark security cameras as they tried to make away with the large foam mat.

After spending six hours in jail and posting $7,500 bond each, the pair was let go. Rosenfeld told MTV News that even though he was sorry, he had a good time, and that his actions were "caused by 24 years of being a Yankees fan and a bottle and a half too much of red wine." (AB)
