Brand Nubian, who just released their fourth LP, 'Foundation,' are forming a charitable organization geared towards helping children.|
In March of '99, the Brand Nubian Foundation, will begin staging a series of activities for kids, including week-long summer camps in various US cities. Brand Nubian will also be supporting and donating goods for a holiday party for underprivelaged youths called "Love Isâ," on Saturday, at New York's Lincoln Square Neighborhood Center.
The event will follow a Christmas play being staged by the
children which will also include holiday meals, presents, and a
performance by Binky the Clown. - Werner
