Swedish pop smash Ace of Base will unveil a follow-up to their 1995 disappointment, Bridge, on June 15 across Europe. |

Flowers will complete a trilogy for the group, which has sold nearly 10 million albums in the U.S. since 1993, when the multi-platinum The Sign first hit record stores. Ace of Base hopes to increase those numbers with a late summer release of the record in America, Lasse Karlsson, a spokesperson for the band's management, told JAMTV on Thursday.

The first single from Flowers, "Life is a Flower," premiered in Europe on April 4, but is not set for a U.S. release yet.

After embarking on a short promotion tour, the brother-sister trio of Jenny, Linn and Jonas Berggren will join band mate Ulf "Buddah" Ekberg for an international tour beginning in October or November and stretching through the States, Karlsson said.

"The band has never been in such good spirits," she said. "They are looking forward to finally doing a live tour. A new positive energy has moved them forward in their studio work." (Anni Layne)
