Michelle Obama might fit the bill. Then, she would have that salary that she craves. But isn’t this thinking rather limited?

Why are there no trannies or homosexuals on the Supreme Court? Haven’t American Siamese twins been historically under-represented?

One thing we do know is that the retards have been overrepresented on the SCOTUS, Justices Ginsburg and Breyer demonstrate that.

SCOTUS | 5/1/2009, 12:40 pm EST

Perhaps we can also get an authentic black man on the SCOTUS and in the White House for that matter (The LA Times they told me that). Oh, and we need some asians and islamic terrorist as well.

Liberal Brain Twister:

Isn’t this called racial profiling?

SCOTUS | 5/1/2009, 12:44 pm EST

We also need a single teenage mother, that is dirt poor and a lesbian, and disabled, and has done crack rock.

Mayday | 5/1/2009, 3:24 pm EST

OR SCOTUS, we can continually put people like you on the bench.

How is ‘Islamic Terrorist’ racial profiling? Aren’t they Arab?

Nice try though…..

$540 shoes: You forgot to mention dipchit whites, oh wait, Roberts and Scalia are already on the bench.

FOX News oboviously still rules the day for some of these ‘retards’.

SCOTUS | 5/1/2009, 3:39 pm EST

Mayday,

How is ‘Islamic Terrorist’ racial profiling? Aren’t they Arab?

That is why it is a libtard brain twister, you can’t figure it out or you are simply endorsing the harrassment of the poor little darings (muslims).

MSLSD or is it MSLGBT, CNN, The New York Slimes, Washington Compost, Huff Compost, Atlanta Urinal Constipation, Boston Globes, SF Chronicle, CBS, ABC, MTV, John Lebowitz, The View, Daily Kooks, Newsweak, TIME, Meet the Depressed, The Associated Depress, oboviously still rules the day for some of these ‘retards’.

The Duke | 5/1/2009, 4:30 pm EST

The liberals who elected Obama will demand a hispanic women who has had an abortion and then became a lesbian and wants to now marry her “life partner” who is a union organizer.

Greg_D | 5/1/2009, 7:34 pm EST

“Empathy and understanding?” Does Obama even mention the upholding of the Constitution anywhere when picking the judge? After all, that’s suppose to be the judges job.

BurnDaddy | 5/2/2009, 12:08 am EST

A banana republican talking about upholding the Constitution? Oh that’s a good one, Greg!

Anonymous | 5/2/2009, 10:58 am EST

Jed Clampett

Is it too much to ask for Scalia to suffer a severe heart attack and Roberts to be mugged by Log Cabin Republicans on a wilding spree?

The Duke | 5/2/2009, 2:36 pm EST

No Mr C., not any more than it would be for RBG to die of her current illness. You are a very sick person.

CCo | 5/2/2009, 11:02 pm EST

Funny that one can criticize torture is name of keeping Americans safe, but will go even further and wish Americans in his own government would die because he doesn’t agree with their views.

DirtyDennis | 5/3/2009, 8:01 am EST

While I don’t share Jed’s position (I see it from two sides: 1) they ain’t going away and 2) let history judge), I searched a couple of times and didn’t find the word ‘die’ in his post, only in the two counters.

Nationally, I would find it ‘uplifting’ if the ‘terrible trio’ would depart their positions, but wish them no personal harm.

Coach | 5/3/2009, 11:45 am EST

CCo, you mean to tell me that you weren’t happy to see Justice Gingrich suffer from pancreatic cancer?

And, furthermore, Jed didn’t say ‘die’. He, basically, said he wants them out, and the only way out is by falling ill or being impeached.

Mayday | 5/3/2009, 11:47 am EST

SC(R)OTUM: I’d rather be a retard than try to figure out what the phuck you’re talking about.

Fly them confederate colors Scrotus! Long live the south you extremist puke.

Coach | 5/3/2009, 12:57 pm EST

’scuze me, I meant Ginsburg

SCOTUS | 5/3/2009, 4:59 pm EST

Oh Mayday, I don’t fly confederate colors, in fact I would love it if the Republicans would find eight more Justices like Clarence Thomas, that way we could have an all black Supreme Court.

BTW I simply used a turn of phrase to destroy your argument. You libs need to come up with something other than FOX News to base an argument on, its like pointing out a raindrop in a ocean of liberal media propaganda. At least say Halliburton, no blood for oil, or free palestine.

Red Star, Winter Orbit | 5/3/2009, 8:06 pm EST

Mayday– Just to play devil’s advocate, Islamic terrorists come in all shades of color/race/ethnicity, etc

They can range from Arab, to African(Somalia, Sudan, Kenya), Asian (espescially in Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, as well as China, etc.). They can even be European (Albania, Bosnian, Bulgarian, etc.). They can be central asian (any/all of the Stans)

So technically, yes, profiling for Islamic radicals and only picking up Arabs is racial profilling. At the same time, and ol’ Scrotey isnt going to mention this, is that Arabs, disproportionally, perpetrate violent acts against the US, as others are, what one could call preoccupied (The Sudanese, the Bosnians, and elsewhere are all butchering each other, not foriengers)

Anonymous | 5/4/2009, 4:05 pm EST

Jed Clampett

Why make a distinction between ‘Islamic terrorists’ and any others who would use terror, fear and violence as a political tool? Terror is terror, regardless of the recipient or it’s justifications, the effect is the same, to force the majority into making decisions contrary to their beliefs and communal interests by the auspices of violence and deceit.
What is the importance or benefit of wrapping the entire Islamic faith into the blanket of the crime of terrorism?

David | 5/4/2009, 5:51 pm EST

Whenever a Supreme Court Justice seat becomes available, there is always an extreme partisan reaction. We need to move beyond our party differences to address the biggest problems out there like global malaria, measles, and malaria. The U.S. should do more to help the impoverished around the world. The Borgen Project has good info on the estimated cost of ending global poverty:

$30 billion: Annual shortfall to end world hunger.

$550 billion: U.S. Defense budget.

Franz Hanzerbeak | 5/5/2009, 1:29 am EST

David. Or is it Tenisci?
Your sh!t is getting old.
How ’bout answering some of the valid questions people have asked you on other RS threads instead of droning on and on? You’re worse than an ED commercial.

Mayday | 5/5/2009, 11:58 am EST

RedStarScrotus:

Funny, but you guys didn’t mention the fact that in other parts of the world, WE, The United States of America (military, CIA, FBI, etc.), are considered terrorists.

Yes, Yes, I know. How outlandish of a thing to say!!!

Red Star, Winter Orbit | 5/5/2009, 12:59 pm EST

Gayday– C’mon now son! I’m well aware of our lil’ ol’ imperialistic jaunts throughout the globe. View is relative, I reckons. We’re the terrorist, they’re the terrorists, and aint nothing but a blind hog and a cane field in between, know what I mean son?

I was merely playing devils advocate for the ol’ Scrotebag…quit hatin on lil ol’ me…

SCOTUS | 5/5/2009, 3:19 pm EST

Funny, but you didn’t mention the fact that in other parts of the internet, you, Mayday (incoherent ramblings), many people wish that your mother would have been a little more pro-choice.

Yes, Yes, I know. How outlandish of a thing to say!!!

Mayday | 5/5/2009, 5:10 pm EST

SCOTUS: Typical response. Now, back up and Phuck yourself. You’re a childish puke who is, in every sense of the phrase, a waste of perfectly decent sperm.

Redstar, where did I put you down? Anywhere? I just reread what I wrote, and it doesn’t seem to smear you at all, yet you react like that.

Gayday? Seriously? You couldn’t come up with anything better except the age-old argument that a liberal must be gay.

Well, by that argument, a conservative must be a racist, bigot, sexist, right?

SCOTUS | 5/5/2009, 8:19 pm EST

Mayday: I’ll try to be less childish and I’ll start by calling you a puke, racist, bigot, and sexist, which are well principled and highly nuanced arguments.

Uttering lines that send liberals into paroxsyms of rage, otherwise known as citing facts is the spice of life. I bet you have hot spittle flying out of your mouth as you read this.

BTW bephore you write phuck again, you may want to check the spelling.

Mayday | 5/6/2009, 11:16 am EST

scotus: Facts? Facts? Keep ‘em coming big boy. In fact, we’re still waiting for the FIRST fact to come out of your piehole.

Good stuff Meat

SCOTUS | 5/6/2009, 11:37 am EST

Fact: You can’t spell phuck.
