UN: No Militiants in Israeli School Massacre

1/9/09, 9:53 pm EST

There were no militants in the U.N. school the Israeli Defense Forces shelled, killing dozens of Gaza civilians, many of them children.

Haaretz is reporting that the U.N. confirmed with the IDF that there were indeed no combatants in the school, and that the footage the IDF had released purporting to show militants at the site dated from a period in 2007 when the U.N. had briefly abandoned the facility.

The U.N. is calling for a war-crimes investigation.

Good Lord, watching this guys final press conference is like watching a teenager trying to cover his ass after getting busted for going on a crime spree.
Perhaps a brave war veteran will put a bullet in his head and prevent his Hawaiian shirt on a beach episode, better one of ours than a foreigner.

Palestinians dead: 1000
Israelis dead: 13

Yeah. Sure. The Palestinians are a HUGE threat Joe the Plunger! Huge!

Heck, in this country, we had 13 people die from drunk driving in the past week! Should we start firing missles at all the bars and taverns and liquor stores?

Well, Mexico sends drugs over the border at the rate of Tons a day. Drugs like cocaine and speed kill thousands of Americans per week, feeds crime sprees and weakens our society, yet we don’t find it necessary to start dropping bombs on Tijuana… hell, we don’t even bother to break up distribution networks here in the states. Evidently the kingpins have cohorts in the customs service, yet nothing seems to be being done to mitigate the influx. When was the last time they caught a big fish in the states? They are really making war on the guppies while the whales seem to be a protected species. How come the Chinese guy that imported industrial quantities of effedra into Mexico, was busted with millions in US and European notes, and then escaped to the US still hasn’t been turned over to Mexican authorities? War on drugs, another lie. The war is on the people and our leadership seems to willing to help them carry out their war, as long as they are seen as ‘doing something’.

Peace
