Well, it seems other people are starting to get it. Too bad they didn’t catch this fiasco in the economy in 2001 when it started making itself known.

Check this story out…

Unfortunately , it seems obvious the Wall Street elites have decided to destroy the nation before the next president takes over, McCain seems intent on helping them by distracting the public from the real issues and setting ‘the real America’ against those who willingly follow false prophets, and profits, without any empathy for their fellow man. Nothing short of life in prison or the other penalty for treason would be justice for these guys.
I was watching some interesting prisons in California in the show Lockdown that would be perfect for these guys instead of club fed.

Wow, they sure buried the story of Warren Buffet going all in with his fortune really deep. I saw one mention of it on one of the all ‘news’ channels and that was it. I guess they didn’t want the public to realize how the wealthy SHOULD behave instead of the pirates they have been during the last two and a half decades.

Does anyone still believe that ‘GREED IS GOOD!!’?

You should have seen the DriveForChange operations going on in battleground states. It was an absolute GOTV monster

Jed,
They wouldn’t want people to actually EXPECT anything like this out of US millionairs. Would they?

Revalee | 10/24/2008, 7:18 pm EST

Obama has a plan he has worked out over the years, and it is not for the good of the US. He knows just what to say to get people to follow him, even though he doesn’t believe any of the things he is saying. Thats why he is always so calm and cool, as his backers say. Nothing he is saying really means anything to him. Like the people backing him, he knows how to lie.

TinFoilHat | 10/24/2008, 10:51 pm EST

Revalee,

General prosperity and income equality have always been better under Democrats. Obama is not even very liberal. I for one, intend to keep the pressure on Obama to fulfill his promise. And he does hold much promise.

It is difficult to take such amorphous criticism from a person who probably voted for Bush (twice!) Talk about BAD FOR THE COUNTRY! Take a reality pill and get back to us, willya?

As far as lying, on politicfact.com they rate each statement on a scale of True, Mostly True, Half True, Mostly False, False, and Pants on Fire. Their current tally on the candidates is:
Obama McCain
True 32% 19%
Mostly True 19% 18%
Half True 20% 17%
Barely True 11% 18%
False 16% 22%
Pants on Fire 1% 5%

Looks like McCain is statistically the BIG FAT LIER in this contest (at least so far).

OOHHHH you mean he is a POLITICIAN!

Gosh, MAYBE you should tell McCain that.

Remember when you voted for BUSH?

Bush told you EXACTLY what you wanted to hear to get you to vote for him.

Bush said he was not a nation builder
Bush said he was uniter not a divider.
Bush said he would balance the budget.
Bush said……….

sheesh it would take all night to write ALL the things bush said to get you to vote for him and the neocons!

wow, seems McCain and Palin will do and say anything to become president. Isn’t that what he accused Sen Obama of doing at the beginning of this campaign?
How is it that they do things so much alike (the selfish right wingers), obviously lying about their intentions, trying to make themselves into the victim even though they are the aggressor, projecting their bad character onto others, espousing largess for themselves while denying the basics to others, purporting to be appalled and religiously offended by the taking of a life via abortion but not being one bit bothered by the death and destruction of creation engendered by their acceptance of violence, war, to achieve their political aims?
What up with that? Is that what we were taught are the right ways for humans to act and also be prosperous and bask in abundance? Should we ‘accept them as they are’, as they like to say, with all their flaws and evil intent, without at least trying to teach them different or ostracize them when they won’t learn? I think not.

Peace
