Are you guys watching what is happening off the coasts? Remember what I was saying a few days back? Maybe I am just a rambling fool, or a brownie on a pop culture prophet’s desk (heck of a job?). Or a cooked bird that’s the cream of the crop?
either way. Here in the gulf coast, ready to face the eye of the storm if nature so intends and bring you as much of the video as possible for your enlightenment. More to come later.

The U.S. is turning over control on the Anbar providence to the ‘locals.’ You’d think there’d be more interest in that.

There are some ironies involved. The forces taking over are Sunnis, former enemies and their main concern will be the Iraqi Army, a Shiite force, that’s been chasing the Sunni leaders. A glimpse of the future?

Quietly understated is that this move will allow the transfer of U.S. troops to Afghanistan. I thought we ‘won’ that war already.
