Is that Huffpost title correct? FIRST foreign policy gaffe? I guess Lieberman having to tell McCain, on a daily basis, that al qaeda aren’t Iranian isn’t a foreign policy gaffe. I guess that doesn’t matter….
McCain is the gaffe here…..

It’s a simple misstatement due to the fact that republican leadership sees the wars as a unit, a single baby to be nursed and nourished while collecting it’s output. Cash to well positioned companies.
What is way more telling is McCain’s actions as he’s trying to find an answer to the question. Check out his eyes, watch his mind spin through his catalog of canned responses looking for the one that should fit. The strain of the race is showing on his withered body and brain, the pressures of the presidency will be a serious strain on him.
IF McCain gets the nod, there will be a new pres in a couple of years, tops.
