Obama Money Machine Laps McCain

7/17/08, 12:51 pm EST

Obama’s $52 million June just outpaced McCain’s best month by $30 million. All but two million of that is “primary” money, meaning all those donors can be called upon again to donate for the post-convention general election period without bumping into any campaign finance ceilings.

Obama’s decision to opt out of public financing, if it were ever in strategic doubt, is looking smarter all the time. As to the claim that his model is true to the spirit of a campaign financed by average voters consider this: The average donation was a paltry $68. That’s not even a tank of gas these days.

This is keenly interesting to campaign junkies and the media.

What’s that? They’re the same? That’s part of the reason we’re in the mess we’re in?

This just in. DirtyDennis received a letter from Merks ‘informing’ (warning?) him that if he continues to b-u-y his medicine from the local pharmacy, they’ll raise the co-pay. Those wascally wabbits. Obscene profits are not enough. They want it all.

And when the local pharmacy goes out of business and DirtyDennis needs some pain medicine, what then? The ER? What’s that? Wal-Mart?

works alot better for me than any of the artificial pain relievers. I gave up on the US health system earlier this year after 5 years of ‘treatment’ that only makes matters worse. It’s obvious they are trying to play a symphony in which they don’t know the notes or have any expertise in their instruments.

Sorry bout that Dennis. But, I think we can all agree that the U.S. Health System is, quite possibly, one of the biggest jokes around. It’s foolish to allow capitalism to enter the health system. But, that’s exactly what we have. It’s a for-profit industry.

Canada looks better every single day…….and not just because of their hydroponics!

What a concept: Allow you to grow dope AND free hospital care! Too bad they didn’t have the NFL too.

and look at who’s profiting.

Follow the Money. Follow the Money and it will all come to light.
