I’m looking at David Plouffe’s swing-state map from the video released today by the Obama campaign, and I’m scratching my head at how Texas and South Carolina and the trio of states due north of Kansas make the “Toss-up” category, while Virginia — every pseudo-pundit’s favorite red-state pickup — is still ruby-red McCain…

Good point, Tim. I can tell you right now that based on Gallup polls Obama is holding a slim lead, albeit within the margin of error. This is a very in play state, at least as of 27 June.

I still want to know why Republicans were made Red and Democrats are now Blue??? It was the other way for DECADES!!! I think its just psychological people associate evil with Red and good with blue…
