One of the few truly great men in mainstream news, what a sad loss

may he rest in peace; he died doing what he loved

RIP. A great loss, and we will remember him very much

Jed Clampett

The only sensible voice in sunday morning talk shows. Will be greatly missed. We would have needed his keen instinct to ask the right questions in the upcoming election season. A very badly times exit. I know I tend to be a bit suspicious, particularly in this day and age and in understanding of the importance and value of the upcoming contest. Just hope he didn’t meet with some form of ‘cloak and dagger’ type of foul play.

(Somewhere In The Middle)

He was one of the few honest journalists left that could be counted on to ask tough but fair questions and play it straight down the middle. I was lucky enough to have him speak at my commencement and he was nothing short of eloquent. He will very sorely be missed.
