that was the cutest damn thing I’ve ever seen. It shows that they’re completely at ease with each other, even in front of a crowd of 15k with millions more watching from home.

From now on I will forever refer to a fist bump as the terrorist hand shake. There so subtle with their associations at Fox. But, they’re there. I wonder how many subliminal things like that slip by unnoticed every day????….

Alert the presses and let them know that a cable entertainment news channel made wild statements to grab viewers! An agenda?? Who knew!
Things like this are the equivalent of flashing banner ads, grabbing people’s attention when they hear touchy words glance past their ears. Another complete non-issue that comes across like a child throwing a temper tantrum, desperately grasping to find anything they can get outraged about.
Wow National Affairs, you continue to bring forth the important issues. Keep it up!

At 2pm Eastern ED Hill is going to address it on Fox News.
In the same episode and segment, George Bush’s chest bump with a cadet was highlighted. It would be more reasonable to call that a “gay male dry hump” than to call the widely known fist pound, the virtually ubiquitous handshake of the under 35 set in 2008, a “terrorist fist pound”. Of course, that was not done. Instead, a macho, sporty interpretation was given to this gesture. This kind of lopsided coverage is, of course, what causes the Fox News brand to not be taken seriously and makes Fox’s “Fair and Balanced” slogan regarded with universal sarcasm.

is fox registered as an entertainment channel and not a new organization so they can avoid lawsuits? is that what it is?

Jed Clampett
If that is so, it should be prominently displayed on it’s logo as Fox entertainment disinformation rather than Fox News. The NEWS tag gives it the legitimacy they need to manipulate the minds of the weak minded.
celticfenian | 6/11/2008, 10:54 am EST
yeah,…i think they’re going to be spinning off of a new channel called Ministry of Truth.
