Would Obama Accept the Support of Clinton-Pledged Delegates

Here’s a wrinkle….

The Field is reporting that a group of 40 (primarily California) delegates are preparing to shift en masse from Clinton to Obama. The group is led by super delegates eager to see the race come to an end. But among this group are also some of Clinton’s pledged delegates.

We all remember that Clinton had previously threatened to try to flip Obama’s pledged delegates.

The question is: Would the Obama campaign — which has elevated the pledged delegate count as the prime measure of the people’s will in this race — accept the support of faithless Clinton pledged delegates?

Addendum: it’s the Supers’ turn to crawl out from under their rocks, show a little bit of balls and actually make their choices known. Boo them for hoping to pass the responsibility to the pledged delegates

The super delegates show guts and must now decide to abandon the deranged selfish maniac and support the Democraically elected leader Mr. Obama. The ones who made the mistake of supporting this Assassination mongering irrational person should change their affiliation so much that the Michigan & Florida delegation can be fully seated without further delay without changing the real will of the people.
If some fringe segment of the Faminist movement would still rather have McCain elected, they can have more right wing supreme court and circuit court judges appointed and undo all that women and minorities have gained over the past 50 years.

Time to protect democracy and equal right folks. HRC is not the person that should even be allowed in the halls of the Senate. New York, please take note for the next election

Somebody has got to step-up and show some leadership for the nation. After today’s statement, I expect that everybody around her wants to leave. I don’t know what they are waiting for. She won’t bow out gracefully, the delegates will have to take her to the door. Thank God for these delegates! You are what the nation needs.

The pledged delegates do not need to shift. They only need threaten it. “IF she drops out within 5 days, we will not shift while on the floor.”

Department of Justice statistics report that 47,700 black men were arrested for robbery the last year statistics were available 2005. 35,796 whites were arrested for the same crime and yet there are six white men for every black and you want to know if Obama will take something that does not belong to him? I’m playing the odds on this one…
