Anyone who still thinks a unity Obama/Clinton ticket is a) a good idea or b) the remotest possibility hasn’t been paying attention.

You just figured that out? Wow.
Most of us knew that a year ago.
Where ya been, Tim?

Isn’t the current buzz over whether Obama could choose an anti-war Republican running mate?

I have seen Senators Dodd and Kennedy publicly throw cold water on the idea of Clinton running with Obama. I do not think this is by accident. If high level senators like them say its a bad idea, it saves face for Obama.
Obama would also be gaining two vice presidents if he picked Hillary, Bill would be running as well. There’s not enough room in the White House for the thee of them, along with Michelle Obama. It’s also been reported Michelle is heavily against running with Clinton. The campaign has been pretty toxic, so I would expect Obama to possibly chose a high profile Clinton supporter instead. Possibly Ed Rendell or Evan Bayh would be likely choices from Pennsylvania and Indiana.

What is the media’s obsession with Clinton? She always gets the headlines, even when she loses. And now, she’s grabbing headlines because she could be his running mate. Take the superdelegates away and she would’ve been ‘asked’ to get out of this race a long time ago.
Obama is new, fresh and different. Adding Clinton to his ticket takes ALL of that away. Instead of the candidate of change, he becomes just ‘another of the same.’
Not in any order, but here’s a MUCH better list of VP candidates than Hillary Clinton:
Joe Biden,
Bill Richardson,
Tommy Franks,
Chuck Hagel.
Note to media: Although the liberals may be infatuated with Bill Clinton, we’re NOT infatuated with Hillary. Moreover, a big percentage of the liberals don’t even like her. Take a look at her vote total broken down by race/gender: White men, white women.
And, why on earth would Obama want to bring someone onboard who is going to get lambasted by the repubelickers in the general? He’s smarter than that MSM. Stop perpetrating the BS.

Because she is part of the establishment and the plotocracy wants to shove their star players down our throats. Since their malfeasance has allowed them to amass enough wealth to b_uy up and control media sources, they will push their choice as much as possible to stirr up the sheeple to support their choice as well. They see their house of cards about to crumble and will use any tactic or threat to achieve their goals. I heard earlier that ExxonMobil was actually suing Alaska. Talk about the gangsters starting the other end of the protection racket.

i dont think Obama will pick Hillary. Richard Gephardt, Evan Byah, or Bill Richardson would be good.
