Give each candidate half the delegates no redo.

I do not think this is fair to either candidate. Both candidates signed an agreement not to campaign in Michigan and Florida. Neither candidate would properly prepared and organized to conduct a proper campaign in the states.

The fact that Hillary chose to drag the campaign much longer than it needed to be should not change each candidates signed agreement.
