Predictions? Surprises? Tales from the voting booth?

Have at it…

Here’s my prediction:

The Clinton campaign is working overtime this week to convince superdelegates and voters to withhold judgment until the big primaries on March 4th, but I don’t think that will happen.

There is a tipping point coming soon, and I think it will come before March 4th.

There have been too many victories for Obama this month and too much chaos in the Clinton campaign…which has shaken the Clinton’s grip on the superdelegates.

There will be plenty of time over the next 3 weeks for folks in the big states to get to know Obama, and the polls will start to reflect that as soon as today’s primaries are over.

When those voter polls tip, the superdelegate polls will start to tip too as those party insiders jump on what appears to be the winning bandwagon before they get left behind.

Look for another Obama sweep and Huck to win one,

Obama’s looking for a victory, probably McCain as well. Huckabee is going to appeal to the evangelicals in South Virginia, but I doubt that he will be able to rally enough support anywhere else.
Surprising amount of voter turnout, considering the weather. It’s almost enough to warm a cynic’s heart…

I thinks the weather is gonna be real bad.
Some people will come out in the bad weather to vote, and some people will not come out in the bad weather to vote.
It’s gonna be cold outside, and that’s what I think.
For those people who venture out in the cold weather, they are going to vote, but for those people who stay at home, well they wont be voting.
Old people will stay at home, read into that being bad for Obama or Hillary, either way, the old people will stay at home.
Some of the young people will stay at home.
This being a Tuesday night, some of the young people will go to the neighborhood pub talk about how cold it’s going to get tonight, and drink too much and forget to vote.
A few people will be planning to go vote tonight after work, but after they stand in traffic for two hours, they will decide it’s too damn cold to go vote after they get home.
Black people don’t like cold weather, don’t like driving in it, walking in it, waiting in it, most of them will stay at home..
Dead people will stay buried, too damn cold to get out on a night like tonight.
It’s just too damn cold to get out in this stuff!
