Out of nowhere, MoveOn is holding its primary today. If either candidate gets 2/3 of the vote, MoveOn will promote him or her on Super Tuesday and beyond.

You had to have been a MoveOn member as of yesterday to vote. And, in what appears an attempt to boost the potency of its voter file, MoveOn members will have to give their phone numbers to cast a ballot.
