So, the MSM is today announcing such remarkable observations as “Clinton Escapes,” “Emotion Helps,” and are generally treating her victory as something relevant. These were the same people who were only yesterday proclaiming Obama was on a march of destiny. Ah, the world of headlines.

Who gives a rat’s ptui what the MSM thinks? Answer, candidates. But beyond that, it seems every election cycle, the media suffers some strange form of mental disorder that combines amnesia with lack of common sense. It worries me that some of these people are doubtlessly operating automobiles and, god forbid, in some cases, heavy equipment. Imagine Wild Thing at the ‘wheel’ of a D-8.

I only peruse Google’s headlines so I could have missed some relevant observations, but no where did I see anyone mention that this was/is the first time a woman has ever won a State’s delegates. If it’s true, and we have every reason to believe so, then that has more historical significance that the pollsters repeated inability to predict anything more than the weather.

Clinton Escapes? From what, the clutches of the media? I can state with clear eye and stout heart that I have never watched soaps nor followed their machinations save from being screamed at when I check out. But, I have to think there’s an unsavory similarity between the media’s convoluted preoccupation with the primaries and it’s sordid affliction of the soap mania. Gottenhimmel, is this what the most advanced and powerful nation is the history of mankind has ‘evolved’ to? Forgive the dangling participle.
