Clinton Wins!

1/8/08, 10:33 pm EST

Let the crow eating begin.

Gender gap looms large:
57 percent women voters in Democratic race.
They split 47/34 Clinton/Obama.

Democrats break 45/34 for Clinton.
Indies 43/31 for Obama.

Terry McCauliffe credits the win to “the humanizing moment” yesterday.

A vote for Clinton is a vote for a Republican presidency.

There is simply no way she can win with almost 50% unfavorables.

A vote for her is a vote for stupidity. Let her cry about that.

cheekyricegirl | 1/8/2008, 10:53 pm EST

go hillary!

Qwerty | 1/8/2008, 10:57 pm EST

It was the triumph of 50% plus 1 over hope.

… sigh …

Matt | 1/8/2008, 11:01 pm EST

Pretty damn depressing.

The baby boomers are fools, and Hillary is their candidate. I wish all these apathetic would-be rebels would show up on election day for once. Are they too stupid to realize they can elect their candidate if they just %#^* show up????? Hillary would lose to McCain in a general election.

Obama doesn’t need the drama to win.

yeah | 1/9/2008, 1:28 am EST

Let’s see, Hillary’s a calculated phony corporate America career politician who least embodies democratic ideals out of the top 3 candidates, plus has no chance of beating a Republican…sounds like someone us Democrats would nominate.

I hate to say it as an Edwards supporter, but Obama’s established himself as the only hope to beat Clinton AND guarantee a White House win. If less than half of the Edwards vote would have gone to Obama tonight, he would’ve won easily. It’s also reported 67% of primary voters are over 40 and going decisively for Clinton. If the college crowd doesn’t step up now, they never will.

it’s true, mccain will be hard to beat, we need to work harder for Rudy!

luckas | 1/9/2008, 5:43 am EST

mccain won it for her.he’s a real threat and the dems in new hampshire believe she’s the only one who can beat him. obama needs edwards out of this race now.

likroper.com | 1/9/2008, 10:31 am EST

she may end up being president once again, people…

DirtyDennis | 1/9/2008, 10:42 am EST

Matthew | 1/10/2008, 11:43 am EST

The babyboomers are fools, but they show up and vote. What does that make gen-xers?
