well, the point is… that the purpose for the exodus is bearing itself out. This is a first step in the de-chocolatization of NO that mayor Nagin was talking about.
There’s going to be alot of people who don’t have their titles to their homes and there will be lots of folks b#ying those lands and making it a tourist mecca once again for pennies on the dollar. Mostly, they’ll be obscenely rich, old white guy, investor groups.
