There is something to be said for including YouTube in a campaign strategy. However, this is just a sign that politics realizes that “marketing mix” thinking has been changed by the Internet. In other words this move will be judged by the same criteria as any other marketing strategy. All that remains open is when and how the bean-counters will judge it!

and as long as obama sticks to catchphrases and cliches, he’ll do fine

once you start digging deeper, you find that he’s an empty suit, and that all can offer is intelligent wordings and loaded, empty promises of “hope” (what exactly does that mean?)

dont get me wrong, i like the guy, but now is not his time…not yet, in a couple of more years of experience, he’ll be a monster

obama in 12 or 16, but not 08

It’s very stylish but it just seems like a lot of fluff and hype. But, I suppose, that’s what a candidate needs to win.

I like it….Just as long as John McCain and Hillary don’t get in, it will be better then Bush.

Rustin,
“better than Bush” – A low standard indeed.
