All the News That Fits. . . Iran and Al-Qaeda in Iraq, Bush’s $500 Mil Dream Legacy Library and More

  • Tens of thousands of Muslims protest, 15,000 police on guard for Pope Benedict XVI’s first trip to a predominately Muslim nation, Turkey.
  • Marine Corps intelligence report: U.S. military can no longer defeat the disastrous insurgency claiming western Iraq, or win its residents hearts, minds back from the increasingly popular al-Qaeda. Sunni minority sees U.S. military as incapable of offering protection against “pogroms.”
  • American Intelligence officials: Thousands of Shiite militamen being trained by Iranian-backed Hezbollah, unleashed into Iraq. Assertion implicates Iran in a wider diplomatic crisis enveloping the region.
  • With his legacy unraveling in the Middle East, President Bush cements his lame duck status with a fundraising call for a colossal half-billion dollar think tank/presidential library in Dallas. Figure is twice what he raised for his reelection bid.

A conservative think tank and presidential library. Why, so he can teach other neo-cons how to be monumental failures and ignore reality? He should have spent more time in other presidential libraries before he dubed himself “The war President” and “The Decider”.

LOL!…What a jack ass.

I can’t wait to go to the Bush Prezidenshul Libary! I want to see him get out the Prezidenshul Crayons and do a signing statement! Cheney and Rice will stand arm in arm, beaming proudly and Rice will say, “Look! Our children IS learning!” to which Cheney will reply, “Hmmmmm, BAH!” but in his fatherly, positive grunt tone, as he flips Rice the bird and she squats and squeezes a big banana from beneath her dress and hands it to GW, who jumps up and down with joy and asks her to “Do it again! Do it again!” He never gets tired of this trick.

Will they show some pics of his time at Harvard as a CHEERLEADER??? I’ve only seen one pick of Bush in his smart CHEERLEADING uniform, holding his little bullhorn and looking ever so….. manly.

I look forward to his big project, where he’ll set up his collection of GI Joes and Barbie dolls along with his Hot Wheels Humvees and act out how the Iraq war SHOULD have gone if Cheney had let him send in an Arabian horse judge to wrap it all up, cuz, like, the guy judges “Arabian” horses so, you know, he would know what to do with all these Arabians in Iraq.

they don’t protest against their governments. that’s why republicans love religious folks. They accept lies as a given thing,so it’s no big thing to get them to vote republican by telling them anything they want to hear while riding a bus through their town and eating a hambuger at the same place common people eat. not one word of protest either Bush people make sure the only people downtown that day love the president and all he stands for.now the common folK eat BUSHBURGERS AND TRY TO THINK THEY WEREN’T LIED TO
