Our children IS learning!” to which Cheney will reply, “Hmmmmm, BAH!” but in his fatherly, positive grunt tone, as he flips Rice the bird and she squats and squeezes a big banana from beneath her dress and hands it to GW, who jumps up and down with joy and asks her to “Do it again!
