Vampire Weekend Roll Out New Songs on 'Fallon'
Band plays 'Ya Hey' and web-only 'Everlasting Arms'

Just two days after lighting up the stage at Saturday Night Live, Vampire Weekend continued the promotional blitz for their new LP with two more new songs on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. The New York band eased into the gently bobbing "Ya Hey," backed by a string section as frontman Ezra Koenig sang in plaintive tones and his bandmates chimed in on the chorus.

Afterward, Vampire Weekend stuck around for a web-only performance of "Everlasting Arms." Koenig donned a guitar and the band encouraged the crowd to clap along on the peppy, synth-heavy tune. Both songs are from the band's new album, Modern Vampires of the City, which comes out today.
