Festivals used to just be all about the music...and the social experience, the tent cities, the traffic jams and perhaps even braving the elements. But, these days, the more premiere festivals are also just as much about the food. In this video footage from Lollapalooza, Rolling Stone paired Michelin-approved chef Graham Elliot with the Roots’ ?uestlove for a gastronomic tour of the festival’s food court, Chow Town, which focused on local delicacies. "I'm about to go back for seconds and thirds," says ?uestlove, who then bites into a jalapeno-laced watermelon popsicle. Spoiler alert: it's got a bit of a kick to it, as ?uestlove finds out the hard way.
