TV on the Radio stopped by the Tonight Show last night to perform "Will Do," a lovely ballad from their latest album Nine Types of Light. The band is in fine form here, building up delicate layers of rhythm and texture as Tunde Adebimpe sings lyrics about a complicated but ultimately worthwhile romantic relationship. The best part comes when he delivers the line "you don't want to waste your life in the middle of a lovesick lullaby," knowing full well that's exactly the sort of song he's singing.
