Moody U.K. indie poppers the xx stopped by Conan last night to play their new single "Angels." Romy Madley Croft's vocals are as ethereal as ever, wrapping around the atmospheric sounds of Jamie xx and Oliver Sim. Croft's delicate guitar parts leave her vocals exposed, giving the performance a raw vulnerability that's distinctive to the band.

The xx are set to release their second album, Coexist, on September 11th and are currently on a North American tour.
