The So So Glos Blast Through 'Son of an American' - Premiere
Brooklyn rockers use parents' footage for new clip

Brooklyn DIY punk devotees the So So Glos will release a new record, Blowout, on Shea Stadium Records on April 23rd. Now you can get an exclusive first look at the band's excellent new video for the hook-riddled anthem "Son of an American." Composed mostly of found footage from live performances – including one on the cult hit The Chris Gethard Show – the clip also features a slew of amazing home movies filmed by the band's parents. Those showcase such childhood memories as tee-ball, pillow fights, potty-training and even rocking out at a very young age. It's pretty special.
