Tegan and Sara offered a taste of their upcoming album Heartthrob last night on the Late Show With David Letterman, where the Canadian twin sisters performed the first single "Closer." Backed by guitar, bass and drums, Tegan and Sara sang harmonies and teased out synthesizer lines on the propulsive, atmospheric dance-pop tune. Heartthrob is due January 29th.
