Ray LaMontagne Ray LaMontagne performs 'Repo Man'

Singer gets bluesy on 'Letterman'

Ray LaMontagne and the Pariah Dogs shook David Letterman's studio last night with a rip-roaring performance of "Repo Man" – in which a possibly spurned lover admonishes that he won't be taken back for anything. Sounding more husky than usual, LaMontagne gets bluesy: "Don't fill my heart with no pity/What makes you think I'm gonna take you back/I ain't your repo man." The song is off of 2010's Grammy winning God Willin' and the Creek Don't Rise, LaMontagne's first entirely self-produced album.
