Pokey LaFarge Celebrates Midwest in 'Central Time' – Premiere
St. Louis swing gets fans dancing in the singer's new clip

With the help of Jack White's Third Man Records, Pokey LaFarge brings his St. Louis swing to the masses in this clip for "Central Time." It's the first offering from LaFarge's new album Pokey LaFarge, which boasts his inventive, energetic twist on American roots music. It's due out June 4th, and available for pre-order here.

"We were thankful to be able to shoot this video at Off Broadway, our favorite St. Louis venue and include our dancing friends," Pokey tells Rolling Stone. "This is my anthem, my thank you and dedication to my home, St. Louis and the Midwest.We got soul!"

LaFarge and his band are currently in the midst of a two-month North American tour, which touches down at New York’s Bowery Ballroom on June 4th.
