Brit rockers Muse will release The 2nd Law in September, their first studio album since 2009's The Resistance. In this video preview, Muse adopts a dubstep sound that's become quite popular since their last record. The clip builds slowly, with a montage of political, social and economic paranoia and a fake announcer "reporting" that the world's energy supply has been depleted. Once she breaks the news, Muse drops the bass, unexpectedly turning the preview into a robot-led dubstep throwdown.
