Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds are back with a new video for "Everybody's on the Run," featuring Mischa Barton as a girl who seems to have a broken heart. Barton rides in a cab to return a package to a guy, but when he receives it, things go awry. Barton gets her dress caught in taxi driver Noel Gallagher's door as he takes off, ripping her clothes off in the middle of the street. A skateboarder rides by and runs into the man with the package, destroying the box in the process. As Barton hurries off after Gallagher's cab, Barton's recipient goes after the skateboarder, with Noel's typically rich arrangements soundtracking the chase.
