Group tears through 'Kill 'Em All' at own festival

You may have never heard of the mysterious metal act Dehaan, but you've definitely heard Dehaan – because, well, they're actually Metallica. This past weekend at the band's own Orion Music + More Festival, Metallica came out as Dehaan and proceeded to tear through the entirety of their 1983 debut, Kill 'Em All.

If you weren't able to make it to Detroit to check out the shreddage – or understandably goofed and passed up on Dehaan's late-afternoon set – now you can check out this exclusive video of Metallica thrashing their way through opener "Hit the Lights." Both the song and album are about to turn 30 next month, but watching Kirk Hammett wail and wah-wah his way through the closing solo of "Hit the Lights" feels fresh as ever.
