Judging by this shaky footage filmed at Madonna's tour dress rehearsal in Tel Aviv this weekend, she's planning on making the connection between the two songs explicit in her new show by performing them as what could be the world's most passive-aggressive medley. The audio is not great, but the shift between the tunes is seamless, highlighting both the similarities and differences between the two songs.
