As the Lonely Island prove in the video for their latest effort, "Diaper Money," there's no better fodder for a rap track than life's cruel, inevitable and stinky march toward death. On the cut – which will appear on their third LP The Wack Album, out June 11th – Akiva Schaffer, Jorma Taccone (a.k.a. J-Orgus) and Andy Samberg (a.k.a Young Sandwich) hurl "grown-ass man" rhymes about everything from copping Pampers to getting lowered six feet into the ground.
While Schaffer spits and sits among a cadre of completely oblivious babies, Taccone goes deep on the subject of a sexless marriage (getting shut down while his wife chows on some lo mein), while Young Sandwich shows off his primo grave plot, styrofoam coffin and tombstone with minimal typos. There are No superstar guest spots on this track, but The Wack Album does feature an impressive list of collaborators including Lady Gaga, Pharrell, Billie Joe Armstrong from Green Day, Maroon 5's Adam Levine, Kendrick Lamar, T-Pain, Solange and, of course, Justin Timberlake
