Though Kurt Cobain sang the original as a tortured love song, Del Rey takes a more indirect route. Singing over swooning strings and wandering back and forth behind a bushy hedge on stage, Del Rey graced the verses with an airy delivery before daintily belting the mighty chorus without Cobain's guttural growl.
