"We were SXSW virgins until yesterday; we broke our cherry," says Keane frontman Tom Chaplin. The English band was in town to promote their brand new record, Strangeland. "The single is a song called 'Silenced by the Night,'" he says. "We thought it was a perfect song for the States. It's got a kind of big, widescreen sound to it. We hope you're going to hear it blaring out of radios all across America."
