Boston bruisers the Dropkick Murphys are set to return on January 8th with their eighth studio album, Signed and Sealed in Blood, on their own Born and Bred Records. Here, you can check out the stark, simple, black-and-white clip for "Rose Tattoo," which finds the band gathered around a table playing cards, drinking and singing. Still shots of the band, their beloved hometown, family, friends, fans and plenty of tattoos are interspersed throughout.
"The lyrics and story of this song document important moments, milestones and people in my life as shown through the tattoos on my body," bassist and singer Ken Casey tells Rolling Stone. "To do a video that also has photos and images of the bands' fans who wear our mark for life adds even more emotion and meaning to the video for us."
