Daft Punk treated Saturday Night Live viewers to 15 seconds of apparently new music last night by way of a mysterious trailer that aired during the show's Kevin Hart-hosted broadcast. Adding fuel to the rumors of a forthcoming new album, the brief trailer featured a glittering Daft Punk logo morphing into the two-part helmet image that has lately been occupying the band's homepage, all set to a disco groove. Producer and guitarist Nile Rodgers had revealed that he was working with the French electronic duo back in August, and hinted in January that the new material would be coming out soon.
