Crystal Fighters Explore Nature in 'Separator' - Premiere
First single from new album 'Cave Rave' employs techno synths

After introducing themselves to the world with the chaotic, hardcore Star of Love, the British folktronica band Crystal Fighters are back with Cave Rave. The record is set for release stateside on May 28th on Atlantic Records and its first single, "Separator," mixes the Arcade Fire's theatrics with the Fighters' signature electronics for sing-along results. It was written in the Basque hills of Spain and France.

In this new video for "Separator," the band channels their experiences in nature. The clip features three different natural environments and the people experiencing them; they explore their surroundings, collecting parts of it and then break into dance with some very trippy video effects. The track reveals a more grown-up sound that still holds to their electronic roots; as the band themselves sing, "The melody may be changed/ And the beat may be completely different/ But my love remains."
