Coachella 2011: Cold War Kids
The band on evolving as a live act

At the Coachella festival, Nathan Willett and Matt Maust of the Cold War Kids told Rolling Stone how being on the road for four months has built up their confidence as a live band. "We kinda have the best of both worlds with this new record," Maust says. "When we recorded it, we really took our time, but on the flip side we still get to be a rambunctious live soul punk band."
