Bob Dylan and Mark Knopfler wrapped up their European tour last night at the HMV Hammersmith Apollo in London with a duet on "Forever Young." Dylan very rarely allows guests on his stage these days, but for the past few weeks he has let the former Dire Straits frontman sit in with his band. It wasn't until the last song of the last show, however, that they actually sang together. Here is a fan-shot video of the performance.
Dylan and Knopfler have a long history. In 1979, Knopfler played guitar on Dylan's gospel LP Slow Train Coming, and four years later the guitarist produced his album Infidels.
