Big Boi Blazes Through 'Apple of My Eye' on 'Letterman'
Full band with horn section backs Atlanta rapper

Big Boi is wasting no time getting a jump on 2013: yesterday he released a video for "In the A," then rolled into the Late Show With David Letterman for a booty-rattling performance of "Apple of My Eye," a track from Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors. Backed by a full band with horns and backup singers who included the producer Jake Troth (he's the tall one in the blazer), Big Boi spit his speedy rhymes and faced off with Troth at center stage as the song came barreling to an end. Next up: OutKast reunion?
